CHEW:

Simply notice the way your teeth feel when they come together while you eat. Do not try to  chew more or eat less. Simply notice the sensation of chewing. 

Remember, chewing gives you a natural facelift as it stimulates regrowth of bones in your face and creates a youthful appearance. 

Think about that when you chew. 

If you happen to notice and enjoy the taste of your food more, I'll allow it. (hehe)

SHIFT:

SHIFTing will soon become your automatic response to uncomfortable emotions.

SHOWER:

Ok, I know you probably already shower everyday and now you're going to mix things up. 

Every time you shower, you wash your body in the exact same order, using the same motions, and the same amount of pressure. 

It's an automatic, unconscious process. 

I'd like you to commit - for the next 30 days - to mixing up your routine. You can...

* Change the order in which you wash. Example: Start with your feet instead of your neck or arms. 

* Wash your body with the opposite hand you usually use.

* Or mix things up in some other creative way.

When you notice how awkward it feels, think to yourself, "Conscious learning always feels weird. I want to talk myself out of it but soon this will be automatic."

Your 1 rule for the week:

Do NOT try to change your eating. Only focus on CHEW, SHIFT, and SHOWER.

Remember, this program is unlike anything you've tried before. Go all in for 30 days and expect life-changing results. 

Typical side effects include: Having an absolute blast as you realize this can be easier and more fun than you ever dreamed possible.
